Shipping policy

Lily & Sage offers local delivery only within 10 miles of our Richmond, Texas shop location. The local delivery fee is $15 per order. Delivery availability and the fee are confirmed at checkout based on the recipient address. We do not offer store pickup or nationwide shipping.

Please place fresh flower orders at least 24 hours before the requested delivery date. Available delivery days are Monday through Sunday, with a 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. delivery window (Central Time). The requested window is not an exact arrival time. Holiday and event availability may be limited.

Please provide a complete delivery address, the recipient’s name and a reachable mobile phone number. We may contact you if an address cannot be served or if a delivery issue arises. If we cannot fulfill an order as requested, we will contact you before proceeding.

Wedding, corporate and holiday installations are custom services arranged through a consultation and written quote. Their timing, location and delivery or installation charges are confirmed separately.
